  • How do you determine the appropriate rental price for my property?

    Prior to advertising your property for rent, we will complete a CMA (Comparative

    Market Analysis) to determine what weekly rent we can achieve for your property. A CMA report investigates what’s currently available for rent and what has been rented out in the past.


  • What services do you provide as a property management company?

    A property manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of properties on behalf of their clients. This includes tasks such as: tenant screening, advising & marketing, lease management, rent collection, handling maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting and keeping up with legal legislation.


  • How do you handle maintenance and repair requests?

    Once a tenant reports a maintenance issue, the first thing we do is to reach out to our owner and discuss this maintenance. We will then arrange the repair or quote. 

  • How often do you conduct property inspections?

    Routine inspections are carried out every 16 weeks. A full report including colour photos are sent to the owner, the same day the inspection was carried out.


  • How do you handle rent arrears?

    Our office has a strict rent arrears policy where we check for rent arrears daily and take action immediately. Being on the front foot is the best service we can offer our valued clients. Owners are kept up to date daily with any rent arrears.
