Our Bos Property Management department is dedicated to ensure your asset is maintained at high standards. We offer this service not only to investors and properties within our developments, but to any investor throughout South East Queensland.

We have retained the management rights to our developments, The Tilbury, The Stanhope, The Clarence, The Helena and The Brandon. We continue to work closely with the body corporate’s to maintain these communities to a high standard, in turn upholding rental returns and capital value.

Given that we not only mange properties but we develop communities, our services are a little different to mainstream real estate offices. We pride ourselves on detailed local knowledge and the ever changing legislation associated with owing an investment property in Queensland.

We complete disbursements to you twice monthly with detailed statements along with a free end of financial year tax summary.
